Return request

When you place an order with Clean Air Optima®, you have the right to cancel the contract within a period of 30 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us using the form or by means of a statement (in writing, by post or by e-mail) that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

If the order was placed with an external seller, the return request must be made with the respective seller and the seller's T&Cs apply.

Defective product

If a product is defective, please report it using this form. The legal guarantee of two years applies to all items you buy from us.
If the order was placed with an external seller, please enclose a copy of the invoice with the claim.

Free returns - return label

After completing the form, you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to return the product(s).

In most countries listed below, you will receive a free DHL return label by email.

If a return label is not available for your country, please send the package back at your own expense and send us the proof of shipment. We will reimburse the shipping costs afterwards.
