When you place an order with Clean Air Optima®, you have the right to cancel the contract within a period of 30 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us using the form or by means of a statement (in writing, by post or by e-mail) that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
If the order was placed with an external seller, the return request must be made with the respective seller and the seller's T&Cs apply.
If a product is defective, please report it using this form. The legal guarantee of two years applies to all items you buy from us.

After completing the form, you will receive an email from us with instructions on how to easily return the product(s) to us. The return is free of charge for you. You will receive a return label from DHL by e-mail.
