When do I pay shipping costs?
For orders up to an order value of € 200, we charge € 4.00 shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium.

From the post office you will receive a delivery missed message in the mailbox. Using a code, you can select a new delivery time or place. If you have any questions, please contact the customer service of the delivery service.
During the ordering process you can choose to collect the shipment at our location in Hengelo. You will receive a message as soon as the order is ready.
