During the summer, the unique Clean Air Optima® Wood design circulator fan CA-408 Smart provides a pleasant cooling breeze. The CA-408 Smart circulator fan effective active aerodynamics increase the effectiveness of other air treatment equipment in the space, such as air conditioning systems, such that the cooled air is distributed optimally and evenly throughout the space. During the winter, the Wood design circulator fan CA-408 Smart distributes warm air evenly in the space, avoiding cold air at floor level and preventing warm air from accumulating uselessly under the ceiling. By using the Clean Air Optima® CA-408 Smart circulator fan to distribute cold and warm air evenly in the space, the desired temperature is reached considerably faster, enabling significant savings in energy consumption and costs to be achieved.

Fan with 90° vertical and 90° horizontal automatic oscillation
The upper part of the Clean Air Optima® Wood design circulator fan CA-408 Smart has a vertical 90° automatic oscillation and the lower part a horizontal automatic oscillation of 90° which can be set jointly or separately on the unit itself, by remote control or via the Clean Air Optima® App for maximum effectiveness.
Extremely quiet circulator fan
The Clean Air Optima® CA-408 Wood design circulator fan brushless DC electric motor is extremely quiet, energy-efficient and provides ultra-precise adjustment with variable control of the air speed with 12 levels. In addition, the BLDC motor offers a much longer service life compared to a standard AC motor.
Ultra-quiet sleep mode
Fan speed 1 provides a pleasantly mild and cooling airflow during the night with a sound level similar to leaves rustling in the wind.

Temperature sensor - Fan Smart Mode
The fan responds to the measured interior temperature by means of its built-in temperature sensor.
- Temperature below 25°C - Fan runs at fan speed 1, 2 and 3
- Temperature between 26°C and 28°C - Fan runs at fan speed 4, 5 and 6
- Temperature between 29°C and 34°C - Fan runs at fan speed 7, 8 and 9
- Temperature above 35°C - Fan runs at fan speed 10, 11 and 12

Setting options of the Wood design circulator fan CA-408 Smart
:
- ON/OFF: for switching the fan on and off. In the OFF position, the temperature in
the interior is shown on the display
- Speed + / - : fan level 1 to 12
- Mode: for continuous fan speed 12 and both horizontal and vertical oscillation
- Timer setting OFF: switch-off time 1 to 8 hours
- Horizontal oscillation: setting fan automatic oscillation function 90°
- Vertical oscillation:setting fan automatic oscillation function 90°
- WIFI-function: for connecting to the Clean Air Optima® App
- 0-24 hour weekly programming:switch-on and switch-off time (adjustable via the App)

Clean Air Optima® App .
Use and maintenance
Usage
Place the circulator fan on a flat stable surface. Do not use in wet or humid environments such as bath or shower, indoor pools, etc. Refer to the manual provided for other information in use.
Cleaning and maintenance
Accumulation of dust and dirt at the back of the device will negatively influence the performance of the fan. Cleaning the backside of the fan at least once a month is required for an optimal performance. This fan is very safe and easy to clean:
1. Switch the device off and pull the plug.
2. If used continuously (24 hours/day) under normal circumstances, we advise that the accumulated dust is cleaned once a week from the air inlet at the back of the device and at least once a month at the air outlet. Clean once a month the outer surface with a cloth.
3. If necessary you can use a soft cloth with a neutral cleaning product dissolved in warm water (below 50°) to clean the outer side of the fan. Dry carefully.
4. If the fan is not used for a longer period of time, we advise to clean the device carefully and let it dry. The device has to be stored in a cool and dry place. Place a bag over the device to avoid dust.
