Ordering at Clean Air Optima
Assistance required when placing an order
Ordering via Clean air Optima is quick and easy. Our order process is done through a number of clear steps where you personally determine how you wish to pay and how you wish to receive your order. You may make changes to suit your own requirements. Your order will not become definite until it has been confirmed by you.
1. Select your products
By pressing the “order” or “to order” button you can add a product to your shopping basket. If you wish to order multiple articles, change ‘amount’ and click ‘refresh’. At any given time you can navigate and shop on our website, your shopping basket will remain visible in the menu. Have you changed your mind?. Click the ‘cross’ to remove a product. Click ‘delete’ to empty the shopping basket completely. Finished shopping? Click “payment”
2. Payment
You already are a client with Clean Air Optima? Enter your username and password and click ‘log on’ Are you a new client? Click “I am a new client”. Create a profile and enter your address information, then click ‘save’
Check the information you have entered and proceed to step 2. Select your shipping and payment method and proceed to step 3. In this step you will see an overview of your order information. Is everything correct? Now you can complete your order by agreeing to the general terms and conditions (check the appropriate box) and place the order by clicking ‘order’.

After we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. This will list all of your order information. You have not received an order confirmation by email?
